Jennifer Bell from Salem Main Streets joined Tonia to talk about the 10th Annual Downtown Salem, Salem's So Sweet Chocolate and Ice Festival. This event pairs wine and chocolate along with fifteen ice sculptures. The event kicks off with a wine and chocolate tasting at Hamilton Hall, "which is a beautiful, historic hall in Salem."
